This morning in Sunday school, we talked briefly about a young 29-year-old engaged couple who died a week ago in Little Rock. He was a CPA, and she was a lawyer. They hit a median near Rebsamen Park and flipped the car, which burst into flames. It took two days to identify their bodies. It’s a horrible story, so much promise and life taken so quickly and so abruptly. It makes me so thankful for you and our life together, but also makes me want to make the most of each day we have. I don’t want to take anything for granted. I want us to be together forever, but I’m not naive about that. I love you, and I want to demonstrate my love for you for however many days we may have together in this life.
