I’m so sorry that you have had such a hard ICU rotation this time. You are an amazing physician, and I hate when your ability to care for patients is diminished by incompetence and bureaucracy. I know it hurts your heart because you always strive to care for patients the way you would want your own family to be cared for. Please don’t ever lose that. I love you.
